皮雅蓬·春彩查坤(Piyaporn Chueamchaitrakun),助理教授,博士毕业于泰国农业大学(Kasetsart University)农工产品开发专业。现在于泰国皇太后大学农业工业学院(School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand)任教。主要研究方向为食品感官评价、食品产品开发与茶叶加工与技术。
泰国皇太后大学,是泰国唯一一所全英文教学的国立自治大学,位于泰国北部清莱省。作为一所国际性大学,有来自 39 个国家国际留学生就读于此。在2024 年度泰晤士高等教育排名中,皇太后大学位列全泰国第 5名,其食品科学技术课程获得国际食品科技界最具有权威性和影响力的学术组织‘IFT’的国际认证。
Dr. Piyaporn Chueamchaitrakun, an Assistant Professor who obtained her Ph.D. in Agro-Industrial Product Development from Kasetsart University in Thailand, currently teaches at the School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. Her principal research areas include sensory evaluation for food products, development of food products, as well as tea processing and technology.
Mae Fah Luang University is the only national autonomous university in Thailand that offers all courses in English. It is located in Chiang Rai province. Recognized by the Thai Ministry of Education as a higher education institution, Mae Fah Luang University is also an international university with students from 39 different countries. In the 2024 Times Higher Education rankings, Mae Fah Luang University was ranked 5th in Thailand. Additionally, the university's Food Science and Technology program has been internationally accredited by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), one of the most authoritative and influential academic organizations in the field of food technology.
