This facility center provides instruments and methods for high throughput analysis of volatile & nonvolatile substances, discovery and mining of specific flavor substances in tea, qualitative and quantitative analysis of unique secondary metabolites in tea. The center equipped with state-of-art instruments, including gas chromatograph, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, Waters high performance liquid chromatography and ultra performance liquid chromatography.
