On April 10, the sixth session of the first academic committee of the State Key Laboratory of Tea Plant Biology and Utilization of AAU was held in conference room 241 of the Biotechnology Building, with Academician Chen Zongmao, Chairman of the academic committee, Academician Li Jiayang, Vice Chairman of the academic committee, Academician Han Bin, Academician Liu Zhonghua, Professor Tu Pengfei, Professor Liang Yurong, Professor Jin Zhengyu, Professor Yin Tongming, researcher Yang Xiaoguang and Professor Wan Xiaochun attending the meeting. The meeting was held both online and offline, and chaired by Professor Xia Tao, the president of AAU.

  The meeting listened to the work report by Prof. Wei Chaoling, the executive deputy director and four research reports given by Professor Gao Liping, Professor Song Chuankui, Professor Xie Zhongstean, Professor Ning Jingming and Professor Zhang Liang respectively.

  The experts of the Academic Committee highly evaluated the achievements of the laboratory in scientific research, talent cultivation and social services in 2020. At the same time, the members also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions to better sort and refine the existing achievements, attract and train high-level talents, improve the scale and quality of the laboratory, and focus on serving the local construction and requirements.
