Professor Qingrong Huang and Professor Chi-Tang Ho from the Rutgers University was invited to visit our laboratory
On May 24th, Professor Qingrong Huang from the Department of Food Science of Rutgers University was invited to visit our laboratory and conducted an academic exchange with the teachers and students. Professor Qingrong Huang’s research interest is food nanotechnology.
In the morning of May 24, Prof. Huang presented a lecture on "Organogel-derived emulsions for delivery of highly crystalline nutraceuticals". He introduced the preparation, function and biological activity of emulsion gelsin, and prospected the research progress of tea functional ingredients emulsion gels. In the discussion section, Prof. Huang answered a series of questions raised by teachers and students, and conducted in-depth discussion with teachers and students.

From May 18th to 25th, Professor Chi-Tang Ho from the Department of Food Science of Rutgers University was invited to visit our laboratory and conducted a deep academic discussion with the teachers and students. The topic for discussion is “Maillard Reaction and Chemistry of Tea”.
