Professor Yanyan Zhang from University of Hohenheim, Germany, was invited to visit laboratory

From July 14 to 15, Professor Yanyan Zhang from University of Hohenheim, Germany was invited to visit our laboratory and carried out in-depth academic discussion with the teachers and students. Professor Zhang presented a wonderful academic report, which titled Biosynthesis of flavor by basidiomycota provides new insights into food innovation – case studies starting from “basidiodrinks”.
